FOCUS COMPENDIUM

Support

Help with Focus Compendium, including local data, rewarded ads, purchases, device changes, and common troubleshooting steps.

About Focus Compendium

Focus Compendium is an Android focus timer that combines completed focus sessions with item discovery and long-term collection across multiple fantasy worlds.

The app does not require a Byeolgwawon account or login. Core focus records, settings, and collection progress are designed to be stored locally on your device.

Basic troubleshooting

If the app is not behaving as expected, try these steps first:

  1. Close Focus Compendium and open it again.
  2. Confirm that your device has an active internet connection if the issue involves ads or Google Play purchases.
  3. Check Google Play for an available Focus Compendium update.
  4. Restart the device if the issue continues.
Avoid clearing app data or uninstalling the app as an early troubleshooting step if you want to preserve local focus records and collection progress.

Rewarded ads

Are ads mandatory?

No. Focus Compendium uses optional rewarded ads rather than mandatory interruption ads.

Why is a rewarded ad unavailable?

Ad availability can vary by region, network conditions, device state, privacy choices, and Google Mobile Ads inventory. Some rewarded features may also have app-specific limits.

I watched an ad but did not receive the reward.

Rewards are granted when the ad completes successfully and the app receives confirmation from the advertising service. If a reward is not granted, close and reopen the app and check the relevant balance or state again.

If the problem continues, contact Byeolgwawon with the app version, device model, Android version, approximate time of the issue, and what happened. Do not send passwords or payment-card information.

Google Play purchases

Digital content purchases in Focus Compendium are processed through Google Play. Byeolgwawon does not directly process your payment-card details.

A purchased Map or Pack is not available.

Confirm that Google Play is signed in with the Google account used for the purchase, make sure the device is online, then close and reopen Focus Compendium.

If purchased content is still unavailable, contact support and include the Google Play order number if available. You may redact information that is not necessary for support. Never send your full payment-card number or Google password.

Refunds and payment disputes

Payment processing and eligible refund requests are handled through Google Play. If you are unsure whether the issue is a payment problem or an in-app entitlement problem, contact Byeolgwawon first and we can help identify which side of the transaction needs attention.

Local data, backup, and device changes

Focus Compendium is designed as a local-first app. Core focus records, collection progress, and settings are stored on the device rather than in a Byeolgwawon user account.

Depending on your Android and Google account settings, some app data may be included in Android backup or device-transfer features. Some categories of app data may be intentionally excluded from backup or transfer.

Can Byeolgwawon restore my local progress from a server?

No. Focus Compendium does not use a Byeolgwawon cloud account or remote progress database, so Byeolgwawon cannot retrieve a separate server copy of local progress.

Will uninstalling the app remove my local data?

Uninstalling or clearing app data can remove locally stored information. Android or Google backup behavior may vary depending on your device and account settings.

How to find your app version

Open Android Settings, go to Apps, select Focus Compendium, and check the app information screen. The exact menu wording varies by Android device. You can also check the Focus Compendium listing in Google Play.

Including the app version when contacting support helps us distinguish between current and older releases.

Privacy
